Nestled across 20 acres of picturesque rolling hills, this expansive property offers a main bunk house alongside a former art studio that has been beautifully transformed into a contemporary retreat, a unique Safari tent and pavilion, making it an ideal venue for various gatherings. Conveniently located near Dripping Springs, wineries, and numerous wedding venues- Perfect for families, couples, and pre-wedding weekends! This getaway promises tranquil nights, refreshing breezes, and mesmerizing starlit skies!
The main “bunk house” house boasts a spacious 3044 square feet, while the painter's studio and safari tent/separate recreational pavilion each offer 500 square feet. In total, the property features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests.
Upon entering the property, you'll find the bunk house and painter's studio situated to your right and the Safari Tent to your left. Ascend the few steps to either the bunk house or painter's studio, which leads directly into the primary living spaces are located- accented by high wood beam ceilings. The Safari Tent can be accessed through its inviting fabric entrance, opening up to a spacious and welcoming interior layout. Meanwhile, a brief stroll through the yard will take you to the recreational pavilion, which provides a secluded entry to this distinctive area designed for entertainment
Bunk House Living Room: Adorned with modern furnishings such as a plush queen size sleeper sofa and accent chairs, along with a Smart TV, the space invites you to unwind and relax. Take pleasure in the warmth of the gas fireplace as you snuggle up in comfort.
Bunk House Kitchen: The open kitchen features sleek stainless-steel appliances, ensuring convenience for all your culinary needs.
