Staff was wonderful and welcoming. Room was clean, though carpet was definitely stained. Beds were nice and the hotel is in a wonderful location, which is walking distance both from the river path and Beale St.

Host was super accommodating and communication was perfect. Loved the free washer and dryer and they provide everything you need. Was excited to see an ice machine too. Did get pretty cold and was hard to keep the room warm, but that may be just me being spoiled and not used to the Memphis weather. ...
