We stayed at this location for appx two weeks. Overall, we had a good experience. StayShort was a very responsive host who responded to our inquiries and concerns promptly. It is important to note that the unit does not come with sufficient cleaning supplies, such as dish sponges or garbage bags. Since we were there for a longer stay without cleaning services that you would get in a hotel, these would seem like essential items. We were four people in the unit, but were only given one access card at the beginning. Although, after communicating with the host, we were able to get another one. The host was also responsive when we had issues with a clogged drain. Although we requested it, the sofa bed was not set up upon arrival. We spoke to the host and they came the next day and waived the additional fee for the inconvenience. We also requested more towels because there were not enough for the four people for a two week stay. It is also important to be mindful of the fact that the water from the showers spills over to the rest of the bathroom floor. The glass door does not prevent the water from escaping. I wish we were able to get more towels for that.
