退房當天並未到時間就有人進入~~有看到一個年輕黑人從房間走出~~趕著退房沒仔細清點財物。之後才發現錢包遺失。這是我旅行以來最大的損失與最爛的記憶。本不想評分!!!但不希望會有人在遭遇這不好的事~~祝偷錢者必得報應。。。

A pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Dubai
Staff approached us immediately when seeing us entering the hotel. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and room was offered approx 30 mins after check in. We have joined a day tour which require a print out of attraction tickets and staff has assisted us on that. Extended check out was allowed upon request with no problem. Very pleasant experience.

A lovable hotel
3mins to Burjuman metro station. super great location. close to Deira and Al Fahidi Fort. Super nice, helpful and polite staff. Good buffet with lots of tasty foods. Big and comfy room with bath.

Good hotel, but the nightclub going on until about 4am was an issue. The noise seemed to thud through the whole hotel. Maybe if you were in the opposite corner of the hotel it would be okay. Shame as it was a nice hotel, excellent staff and really handy location, only 2 mins walk from a metro station

What I remember most is the honesty of the person in charge of cleaning the room. He found my ring and placed it under the lamp. I didn’t even mention I misplaced my ring ( was in a rush to leave that morning). Breakfast buffet👌

The location was very good, close to metro and having a big shopping center nearby although my window lock was broken and the engineer had to temporarily fix it. But i was really surprised about the cleanness. 1. I found a roach near the door and had to kill it. OMG. And left it on the floor and when i came back to room, it was still there!!! Are you sure you are cleaning up the room? 2. There were some melon slices fallen to the bar shelf at the fruit section during breakfast. the staff put them to where they were!!! I think the staffs are really not conceding the hygiene things. I won't never go again!!

Disappointing stay from a Holiday Inn
The hotel overall was about what to expect from a typical Holiday Inn but the room was not in very good condition and the tub in the bathroom appeared to not be maintained and needed to be replaced due to issues with the tub bottom. There was also mold in the grout in many places and found the bayhroom overall a big disappointment. The bed was also not overly comfortable but was comfortable enough to have a decent night sleep.

Dubai disappointment
We complained about the condition of our room. It had been poorly maintained (see photos). We were moved to a suite which was better but still poorly maintained. The tv was crooked; a floor-standing lamp was crooked; the toilet seat was completely loose; the plug in the spa tun was defective. Also the photos of the swimming pool made it look as though it was a good size - in reality it was very small. On the positive side, breakfast was excellent & service was outstanding ( thanks to Lokesh in particular) .

Amazing Stay!
I and my wife stayed here for two days during this week. We had an amazing stay. The reception staff extremely courteous and helpful. Food had a good spread and was tasty. The room service guys were always prompt and never gave an occasion to call twice! The location of the Hotel is perfect - Burjman metro station is just 5 minutes walk. Overall, very happy that we stayed here.

Good but not like Holiday Inn experience
Rooms are in good condition (Except hot water problem. Like you need to wait for 20 minutes, I have complaint it like 2 to 3 times and each time technician comes and ask me to wait), Front desk staff is very friendly but at the time of check out it was very pain full as it took like 30 minutes due to some mess at hotel side. Room service is little odd as if you order anything you need to call at least twice. Overall location is good quite near to Burzuman metro. staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. My suggestion don't book anything from Travel desk in the lobby area as you pay a lot of money but final service for anything is very bad. My recommendation is to put any new travel help desk which suites the hotel brand. Pool is nice with warn water and even we have a life guard there.

Nice stay, close to activities
Booked this room during the off season. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a very friendly staff. My room was spacious with a nice King bed. Internet was fast and reliable as well. A short walk from the property led to the metro train station at separates the Red and the Green portions of Dubai transit system. This station also has an exit leading to a very large shopping mall.
