Safeer Tower 1 is a 15-minute drive from the largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Mall. As well as that, the building is ideally located and residents have convenient access to Al Khail Road.
Overview:
Safeer Tower 1 is the epitome of affordable luxury in Business Bay. This low-rise, mixed-use building offers residential and commercial units with stunning views of the Dubai Creek and the Burj Khalifa. Residents have the choice of studios, and one and two bedroom apartments.
The location is no less than prime, and isn't just 15 minutes away from the Dubai Mall, it is also within walking distant of various shopping outlets, shisha-cafes, restaurants and bars. It is an ideal location to live, work, play and relax.
