Experience staying in the 'Tallest Residential Building' Guinness World Record title holder, ideally located in the middle of all the goings-on in the exclusive district of Dubai Marina. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars along the Marina Walk and the public sandy beaches are only 5-10 minutes walk away. JBR and Bluewaters Island are a short tram away.

Greeted by the 24/7 concierge as you walk in, followed by the high speed elevators the tower has a hotel feel - providing first class amenities throughout.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with chromecast and Cable tv!), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee whilst looking out across Dubai enjoying an amazing sunrise.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsey would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a private car parking space and a grocery store on the ground floor. The world-famous Barasti beach club is on the opposite side of the road and the nearest public transport is the Dubai tram in which the stop is just along from the building with the bus stop across the street taking you straight to JBR.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.

Getting Around:
As above, but lots and taxi's are around and Uber is available if you choose.

Other Things to Note:
SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150
