本身直到CHECK-OUT所有事都很好，但最後一個安排令人非常生氣。酒店早上10時是有shuttle bus載住客去mall of the emirates，需前一日到櫃台登記。我於搭乘前一日早上已到櫃台登記，並詢問了我們是帶同2個行李箱上車有沒有問題，職員說沒問題。翌日，我們是頭2個上車的人，行李在別的住客上車後才放在走廊上，並沒有佔用了任何座位。但就在客滿了的時候，司機突然再叫多2個住客上車，及叫他們坐在我們2個的行李箱上。因一切太快太突然，我來不及出聲，車己開出。第一,兩個行李箱都是我們的，你憑什麼叫別人坐在我們的箱上??而且事先完全沒有問過我們。第二，如果2名住客坐爆左我兩個行李箱，是否酒店會向我們作出賠償? 第三, 如果是酒店方面在預約時數錯人致最後兩名住客上不了shuttle bus，也應該是由酒店方面向該2名住客作出補償的安排，而不是叫住客坐上一架客滿的車的旅行箱上!!!這是何等的荒謬!!!我們完全是覺得被冒犯，一定不會再來!!!

Great place to relax and unwind on the private beach. Excellent choice of food in the buffet. We had breakfast and lunch all very very good. A little out and away from the main parts of Dubai on the Palm, however its really easy to travel by taxi to the main attractions. Only around £9 one way to the Dubai Marina Mall and around £18 one way to the Dubai Mall. Makes it a great place to stay. This time of year the breeze made the temperature bareable and with the addition of the cooler swimming pool you can certainly cope with the heat. All the staff go out of their way to help you.

This hotel is exceptional, boasting a beautiful setting and excellent ambiance. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the children particularly captivated by the amenities. The swimming pool, beach, and palm-tree views were truly outstanding. Thank you guys! Chris, Timothy, doormans, kitchen assistants --> you guys are awasome! And especially, the staff who helped and played with my 3 years son in the kids swimming pool (I apologise that can't remember his name) You guys are so helpful and friendly!!! Thank you for everything and we hope will stay here again!!!

The hotel provided excellent accommodation, food, beach and pool facilties. The hotel was easily accessible by taxi to get to any place. It also provided free shuttle to Emirates Mall. Staff were friendly and courteous. Helpline gave advice or assistance immediately.

I had a very horrible experience the room that they gave had NO AC working and i kept telling the reception about the problem NO ONE CAME TO MY ROOM TO FIX IT FOR TWO DAYS ! And on the third day they changed my room to a lower standard room ( THEY DOWNGRADED MY ROOM) and on top of that the other room was also hot …! And i was on a business trip and I needed to rest at night because i have early morning meetings!

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—special thanks to Ghizlane and Amjad for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Overall stay was nice. Unfortunately there was on-going construction in the space opposite the hotel which mean sleep was disturbed on a few of the days, however the staff did offer other rooms during the stay, but the hassle of packing and unpacking again meant that the offer couldnt be taken up, plus the room spec was different to the booked rooms. We booked half board, the food service was generally ok, however with certain dietary requirements it took a lot of effort for our needs ro be understood by the service staff/management. This wasnt shared with the chef's in appropriate time, so we ended up asking and re-asking for the same requirements on most days- that made the experience less positive. The chef Gurpreet Kaur did prepare evening dishes to our needs and her food was delicious. The pastry chef did finally prepare pastries for us for breakfast, but almost half way into the stay which was a shame, although they tasted delicious- the egg-free pastry should be a regular feature. It was a shame that some chefs said they couldnt prepare it first, then within the hour they did... The spa facilities were fairly nice (sauna, steam room, and shower/changing facilities with lockers for valuables). Some spa/salon services being promoted were not available when enquired about, due to staff, so that wasn't as positive. Without the construction, the sea view would be wonderful, and the view of the skyline from the is lovely in the early mornings.

Great stay, attentive staff. They were really willing to help us with a late check out so we could attend Juma prayers. The suite room was incredibly spacious and there was a variety of food options for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

he hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, and the service was excellent—friendly, professional, and faultless throughout our stay. There was some building work going on in the surrounding area, so we did hear some construction noise, but this is understandably outside the hotel’s control. One important point to note: the hotel is a dry hotel, meaning no alcohol is served on-site - meaning had to go to near by hotel for an evening drink This wasn’t made clear when booking through Expedia, and I couldn’t find any mention of it on the listing. I believe this should be stated more clearly to help guests set their expectations. Otherwise, a lovely stay overall.

Positiv zu betrachten ist der hoteleigene Strandabschnitt mit einer Vielzahl an Liegen, sowie der allgemeine Poolbereich, als auch der Kinderpoolbereich und die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter im Bereich der Rezeption. Ebenso die Hotel eigene, kostenlose Tiefgarage. Für die Lage des Hotels ist eindeutig ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen, da die Distanz zur Metro erheblich ist. Als klare Kritik ist zu benennen, dass das Buffet zu Stoßzeiten am Morgen, aber insbesondere am Abend in Teilen nicht regelmäßig nachgefüllt wird. Weiterhin kommt der zu kleine Essensbereich im EG des Hotels an Schlechtwettertagen wie eine Kantine daher. Ebenso stehen keine Getränkeautomaten zur Verfügung, so dass der Gast permanent auf die Servicekräfte angewiesen ist, welche mit der Anzahl an Gästen oftmals überfordert waren. In diesen Fällen erhielt man keine Getränke zum Essen. Für nicht sonderlich groß gewachsene Gäste, als auch Kinder ist das Buffet aufgrund der Höhe des Mobiliars teils nicht erreichbar. Erwähnenswert ist zuletzt der nicht als Kritik zu benennende Fakt, dass an der Nordseite des Hotels derzeit- und wohl noch eine geraume Zeit länger 24h am Tag Neubauarbeiten stattfinden. Auf unser Verlangen hin konnten wir das Zimmer zu einer Giebelseite hin wechseln, wobei der Baulärm minimiert wurde. Hier wäre wünschenswert, dass Zimmer in nördlicher Ausrichtung gar nicht- bzw. deutlich preisreduziert vergeben werden sollten- UND, dass man überhaupt vorab eine Information darüber erhält.

Das Personal war sehr höflich und bemüht, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und waren immer sauber. Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war die Organisation im Restaurant. Hier wurde leider kein großer Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt, die Tische wurden nicht schnell genug abgeräumt und neu gedeckt, sodass es häufig zu langen Wartezeiten kam, bis einem ein freier Tisch zugewiesen wurde. Das Restaurant ist für die Menge an Gästen auch einfach viel zu klein, es ist super hektisch, viele Gäste hatten kein Benehmen und haben keine Rücksicht auf andere Hotelgäste genommen (wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts kann), jedoch könnte das Personal schon dafür sorgen, dass gewisse Verhaltensregeln den Gästen übermittelt werden könnten. Auch die Lautstärke am Pool/Beach war teilweise enorm laut. Richtig abschalten in einem „Retreat“ Hotel war leider nicht möglich.
