Amazing host

Excellent accomodation can't fault it. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect especially in the heat. The host is very helpful and can be contacted at any time. This is seriously A+

Beautiful property

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The views are incredible and the villa has everything you need. Loved the outdoor kitchen, pool and hot tub. Easy access to the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Molunat is small quiet town with several great restaurants. Hope to return some day.

Pool villa

We really loved our stay at the pool villa. The villa was great and any issues were dealt with swiftly. We loved the pool and also spent a lot of time swimming and snorkelling in the sea. We had a lot of fun on kayaks, paddle-boards and a boat, all hired from the village. Molunat is a beautiful place and we hope to visit again one day. Already missing the amazing views!

Great villa, village, location everything was great - only improvements could be air con in main bedroom not as good as other rooms, main bedroom bathroom shower hose could be fitted better and the outside kitchen - didn't feel that the barbecue area was clean enough for us to use, but maybe we are more particular than most(didnt hinder our stay but normally do use bbq when were away)- but had a great stay and would return, villa, pool, general cleanliness good and views beautiful - we will return to monulat without a doubt

Abselutely extraordinary!

I've booked numerous vacation rentals around the world, but this beautiful home truly sets a new standard! The breathtaking views and serene surroundings made it the perfect spot to unwind. Nestled in a charming, quiet town, it’s just minutes from the ocean, grocery stores, and a delightful wine farm, with the airport only 25 minutes away. The home itself is wonderfully equipped, featuring comfortable mattresses and modern, spotless bathrooms. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the lovely host. They went above and beyond, accommodating an early check-in and a late check-out, and were always quick to respond. Honestly, five stars doesn’t do this gem justice. My friends and I had an unforgettable experience, leaving both inspired and a bit heartbroken that our time there had to end.

The property is in a beautiful quiet village, which is hilly with lots of steps. The views are amazing. The owner was exceptionally kind letting us check in early and leave late. He was prompt in fixing the issues which we had. The rooms are spacious and the outside kitchen amazing.

Lovely holiday in beautiful Molunat

Excellent stay with wonderful views. Villa was perfect for our needs, we were 6 adults and 2 kids, 4 and 6 years old. We loved the clean and quiet rooms & the pool area and jacuzzi. Wonderful 10 days in Molunat

We had a fabulous 10 days in Molunat. House was so lovely and the pool and hot tub were so clean and fresh everyday. Our host was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of great restaurant recommendations and travel guides. We would love to return as it was our first trip to Croatia and we all really loved it there. Friendly people and beautiful scenery.

Really lovely villa in a beautiful location. The view from the villa and pool area is amazing. The villa itself was really clean, well presented and well equipped. It’s a short walk to a small supermarket which has all the essentials. There’s plenty to do if you like water sports, or just having a swim in the sea. There are a couple of places to eat, or get takeaway pizza. The restaurant Lancana is fabulous, we ate there four times during the 10 days we stayed. The food was amazing and the staff really friendly. It’s a short drive to Cavtat although parking there was a nightmare. We also hired the owner’s boat for a half day trip around some of the islands which was great fun. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and will probably go back some day, although next time we won’t hire a car, we will just rely on buses and uber.

Lovely relaxing break in natural beauty spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Becir. We wanted a quiet, calm get away and Mount is a tranquil, non-commericalised spot by the sea. It is incredibly friendly and we enjoyed the water sports on offer locally. The villa has everything for a great family break - the pool and hot tub were well used by our teenagers! The living spaces are well equipped and Antonia and Bozo are very helpful, supportive hosts. We definitely plan to return!

A wonderful stay

This is the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in, nothing was forgotten. The full outdoor kitchen was great and the pool and hot tub and outside areas were very much enjoyed by the whole party. Views were spectacular and location in a quiet fishing village was perfect. A car is essential. Small supermarket in the village has all you need. A couple of restaurants in the village and both were lovely. Swimming in the sea, accessed from steps below the villa was safe and refreshing in beautifully clear waters. We also arranged a boat trip through Antonia which was good value and a great day out.

Lovely holiday!

The villa is set is a stunning location with incredible views. It was perfect and just as described. Very clean and everything was provided that we would need. It was the perfect setting for what we wanted. I would recommend having a car as there isn't much to find in Molunat itself but the local areas of Cavtat and Dubrovnik are easily accessible if you have a car. I wouldn't hesitate in returning. Antonia was really helpful and always replied to messages promptly. Thank you for helping make our holiday so enjoyable!

Ideal getaway

Just a short 20 minute drive from the airport this lovely villa with it's breathtaking views of the bay and it's islands will not disappoint you. Molunat itself is a vert quiet village consisting of apartments and villas so it's far from the maddening crowd so to speak. We ate at the 2 restaurants in the village and they were both acceptable. The villa itself is very well equipped as is the outdoor kitchen and pool area, and the whole Becir family could not have done more to help make our stay a memorable one-from the booking experience right through until the day we left. Would we return? Most definitely.

Best holiday ever

Our family, two adults and three kids (9,11 and 15) have had one of our best vacation ever! The villa is perfect and the host family have been the best! So much service! We didn't have a car and the father of the family drove us to the store, of no charge. Our oldest daughter had her 15'th birthday and they came to the house with home made pancakes and a nice icecake:) The daughter has answered all of my emails in no time, and did everything to help out all of my requests:D In the villa we had everything we needed and more. And the best view! The village is quiet, beautiful and totally relaxing. We do so much reccomend this villa! Thank you for a great time, Villa Becir!!

Superb holiday and villa

Our family of 2 adults and 2 sons (11 and 13) have just returned from a brilliant 2 weeks at villa becir in the lovely quiet village of Molunat. The villa is very modern and air conditioned throughout, with 3 large double bed ensuite bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen diner, living room with satellite Tv, DVD and Wifi. There is also a large shaded terrace with table and chairs with superb views of Molunat bay. Outside is a large area with private pool, sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor kitchen area also with excellent sea views. There is safe off road parking for your hire car. Molunat itself is a small village with 2 reasonable restaurants and 2 small quiet bars (no music) and a small shop selling bread, fruit, beer, wine and other essentials. There is a small beach at the Monika camp site and also at the centre of the village. There is also access direct to the sea via the bathing area and 3 step ladder into the Crystal clear calm water of the family owned apartments below the villa if you ask the owner. In the nearby town of Gruda there are supermarkets, pizza takeaway and the excellent konacheva kuca restaurant. A further 5 mins away is an excellent restaurant by the river in ljuta (not the dvori which specialises in coach parties). Cavtat and Dubrovnik are a short car journey away on the excellent quiet roads. To sum up we could not have had a more enjoyable time and would love to return in the future to this unspoilt and beautiful part of Croatia with its stunning scenery and extremely welcoming people.

An absolutely amazing villa!

What a wonderful stay we had at Villa Molunat! The villa was beautiful, perfectly clean, equipped with everything we needed and even more, and the outside area was just simply crème del-a-crème. The view was magnificent, swimming pool was great for my two water obsessed children and jacuzzi was a perfect final touch! The outside kitchen was also amazing, finished to the finest details like an outside dishwasher and wine fridge! A special thanks to the owners – fantastic communication, patience and flexibility. They thought of even small touches like fresh fruit and cold wine on arrival to freshly bought ice-cream for our kids on a warmer day. Really amazing customer service which was highly appreciated. Molunat is also a really cute fishing town. We went at the beginning of May so the restaurants were closed but I am pretty sure that the town has a super cool vibe when everything is fully open. The closest restaurant was 3 minutes away from the villa and a small supermarket, which had all the basics that we needed, was 10 mins away. Beautiful little town with super friendly and chatty locals! Travelling to Dubrovnik and other smaller towns was really straightforward and the airport was just 20 mins away which was great for us as we had an early flight. The car is a must though. We stayed in many villas in different countries but everyone in my family agreed that this was the best villa that we had ever rented. 5 stars without a doubt and highly recommended!
