From the ground floor you can access back terrace with private covered swimming pool and sundeck. Perfect spot for spending relaxing day while on vacation.
Second floor offers 4 bedrooms with double beds and private en suite bathrooms. From the second floor hall you can access another terrace second furnished with sun loungers.
Studio is located in separate structure near front terrace and offers kitchenette, bathroom with shower and sitting area with a double bed.

Zaton is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Dubrovnik. The whole area is perfect for swimming since it is located in a closed bay. In Zaton there are several beaches, both sandy/pebbly and rocky. If you are a family with young children then it is better to choose a sandy/pebbly beach. Your little ones will be able to play in the shallows, or learn to swim in the tranquil sea without fear that anything might happen to them. After swimming, you can go to one of the nearby restaurants at the well-known seafood specialties. Grocery shop, bust stop with line to Dubrovnik, ATM, bars and restaurant are all located within a short walking distance from the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
