“The hosts were great. The coffee was waiting for me at 6 am. The breakfast was delicious! I called it biscuits and gravy but it was more like french tost lol we had some great laughs. “As I had found that this property was once owned by my 3X great granduncles I was fascinated by the history and walked in their footsteps. As I descended the original, narrow stairs with the low hand rails I imagined the original women in their high button shoes and hoop skirts more gracefully than me maneuvering them daily.
