「2nd time here and it was just as perfect as the first time. the home is perfect, modern, clean. the layout is great. 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with a big open community kitchen and livingroom/den area. there are no words to describe the river. steps from the house. you can just sit there all day..deer are very friendly and come say hi a few times a day. living in vegas this is the perfect getaway from it all. will 10000% be back.」

「Our family stayed here for a weekend getaway in April. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the kitchen/dining/living room area especially the large windows. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in the kitchen and the table was large enough for us to sit together and eat as well as play games. 「My family and I enjoyed the condo and location, Brian Head ski resort is only a 5min drive from the condo and had a blast snowboarding the mountain. My kids really enjoyed the loft upstairs to sleep and hang out. The cozy condo is really cozy and beautiful . Would come back to this condo again.」

「We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home off the beaten path. Hiking trails in the area. Off of Hwy 9, 45 min to Zion and @ hour to Bryce. Perfect location for us! There was strong WiFi but cell service depending on your carrier. I had Verizon and did not have service. Overall, I have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this was impressive!」

「Wonderful property for a family visiting both Zion and Bryce. We landed during early Spring, so some snow made the trip even more magical. Thanks to Brant for hiring someone to plow the driveway and allowing us to get on our way Easter morning. Excellent all around.」

「Our group of hikers loved this a stay between Zion and Bryce. The drive up and down both sides of this mountain town is breathtaking. We arrived after a long morning of hiking in Zion and had a bit of trouble getting the door code to work, but we eventually got that figured out! We were so thankful for the hot tub- the deck is spectacular. It was made even more beautiful with the snow flakes falling! It is meticulously clean, has an extremely comfortable bed, and includes all the basics that one might need when using it as a base to explore Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. 「Beautiful location with stunning views. The property is spacious inside with lots of room to spread out. There is a large enclosed porch overlooking the river and an uncovered patio with a grill. There is a beautiful grassy area with benches to enjoy the views or for kids to run around. We were a family with adult children but this property is very kid friendly. Owner is very responsive.
