The property has a private swimming pool with hydromassage, jacuzzi and gym. It is fully fenced and situated on a hill in a quiet residential area with no neighbors nearby, making it the perfect home for a relaxing holiday.

Parking for up to 4 cars is provided in front of the villa.

The villa consists of two floors connected by an internal staircase.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a small living room with access to the terrace and a table for up to 12 people, from which you can reach the pool and sunbathing area.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room with access to the terrace.

There is plenty of outdoor space. The property has a private swimming pool with hydromassage and an outdoor shower on the ground floor in the courtyard with a beautiful sea view. A great place to barbecue and socialize with family and friends is located in the outdoor barbecue area on the ground floor with seating for up to 12 people.

This property is suitable for guests looking for a quiet and relaxing break from the daily fast-paced lifestyle, but at the same time it also suits guests who want to explore the surrounding natural areas and try some adventurous activities - kayaking, rafting or ziplining. The owners can organize them for you, as well as day trips by boat to nearby islands with lunch included - fish, meat or vegetarian.

The villa itself offers a beautiful view of the countryside and the Adriatic Sea. The property is very peaceful and quiet, with no traffic around the house. It is especially very safe for children. The beach is just a few steps away, so you can relax and enjoy a morning and evening refreshing swim in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.

* Check-in is after 4 pm, please do not arrive at the property earlier! We kindly ask you to respect this rule because the house needs to be cleaned and prepared for you. If the guest does not respect the arrival time, we reserve the right to charge a security deposit.

** Violation of the house rules will be treated as damage. In case of violation, the owner will assess the damage and charge it from the damage deposit. Guests are obliged to report any damage to the accommodation immediately.

*** Also for groups of young people under thirty (more than half of the total number is under thirty), the mandatory damage deposit is doubled and is charged in cash upon arrival at the property.
