"This was our 2nd year to stay in the Treehouse for a week of skiing, and once again our stay was perfect! Everything about the house exceeded our needs. From kitchen to ping pong table, beds, and hot tub, our ski break was fantastic. Heck, I'll even give credit for the great snow to our hosts!You can't go wrong with the Treehouse. "

"Charming spot. New, clean and well equipped. We arrived weary from working hard and long. The stress drained away rocking on the deck with cup of coffee in hand and reading our books. The clean air, mountain views and beauty make this a choice location. The highlight of the trip was soaking in the hot tub under the sky full of stars. Highly recommend!!!"

"Awesome location away from town! We enjoyed the hummingbirds (so many of them!) and the deer that came around every day, multiple times a day. The hot tub was perfectly clean and ran great as well. We used it two times a day during our stay. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning (we’re from Texas) but there are plenty of windows that we could open to get a great breeze. "

"Really nice house with a beautiful view. There were a few things that needed attention, but the host was quick to get those things taken care of. The hot tub was on the fritz, but it didn’t matter. It was still a really nice place to stay for a few nights. You can’t beat the river in your backyard!! "

"The property is conveniently located to downtown Pagosa. Large lot with a lot of space to spread out (bring your binoculars), walk, relax outside or soak in the clean hot tub.The exterior of the house could use some spider web removal etc. and the weeds need to be trimmed back so driveway is easier to navigate. We spent most of our time outside which is why we rented the property on 3 acres. Sleeping pillows are nice and fluffy. Internet was functional (no problems) but cellular reception (Verizon) was spotty. We did not cook or use the kitchen much. Refrigerator should be replaced in the near future but it was fine for our basics needs. We would consider staying here again. Be aware the of potential electrical hazard near the hot tub. Party lights are strung near the hot tub & not secured to trees. We unplugged them for safety reasons (water and electricity don’t mix). There is NO recycling. "

"Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. Thanks for a great time! "
