Sterling Dulles Sportsplex Hotels

"I have booked the hotel from Friday evening till Monday 11 AM. As I was flying from SLC I reached there Saturday morning at 07:00 AM. And they made me wait 30 mins and assign me a room stating as I showed up late , they need to get and assign me a room which requires some changes in the portal, that the very bad experience for me. Please look out for this."

"That hotel has a problem with their elevators every year that we go there it does make everything harder. It is so inconvenient and the Cher they have us using the staff elevator as well. They need to get their stuff together."

"We had excellent and attentive service. When there was a problem outside of their control, the staff stepped up and found a solution. I am very impressed and would definitely stay here again. "

"Great and friendly staff. The room was clean. The bed was nice and firm. While it was a short stay it was a nice stay. "

"The airport pick up was fantastic. Quick with super concise directions. We did miss having food options in house or within walking distance. Our shuttle back to Dulles was more typical and was timely and professional. "

"Normally we really enjoy staying with Embassy Suites. This time we were underwhelmed. Bar & drinks were okay. The food, was just okay and definitely lacked care and love. My yogurt was warm. And their was hair on the tub. The cleaning lady was knocking on the door at 10 something, when check out initially was 12, but we did a late check out @ 1. Luckily we were just about to hit the jacuzzi and to her defense we forgot to put our sleeping in sign on the door. Our stay in Jacksonville, was delightful. This one not so much. "

"The bathtub was not clean ir has black spots and t also the kitchen on general was dirty the got a chair was nasty full of white spots no recommend "
