You can access our parking area for free. We also have in house Laundry shop with a very affordable price list. We also have indoor and outdoor play ground at the back compound for excercising ,boxing and a basketball court with a very minimum rate.


I also have a for rent Motorcycle with a very minimal daily rate. If interested you can inform me ahead of time.
Other things to note
The apartment is very accessible for public transpo like our local pedicabs. But we also offer airport pick up and drop off for a very minimal rate. (Just please inform us ahead of time).
