Friendly staffs

The host and staffs were most friendly and helpful in all aspects and they would find their best to assist us for route planning and checking info for us. Yet the hotel itself is kinda old so mind you the interior needs some upgrading.

Is old style but doable for the price away from Glasgow in Dumbarton if you rent a car then its a clean and feasible option. Its just not a typical hotel style look and feel but no cons as such either.

Good size room, with everything you need. Bathroom looked like it had just be renovated and was excellent. Staff were exceptional.

Staff were very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. Restaurant had very good food and service. Great selection of dishes. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. A great place to stay.

Great location; ample parking, including two EV chargers; wonderful staff; fantastic restaurant, and lounge attached; the rooms are spacious and well maintained… The only small, constructive criticism I could give is possibly putting mattress toppers on the beds, as I found them to be a bit hard. Otherwise a fantastic stay! I would definitely recommend!

Very friendly hotel with excellent value.

Very friendly hotel. We had a very tasty evening meal in their very papular restaurant and also an excellent full breakfast. Brilliant value for both accommodation and dining.

Nice hotel for an evening before heading out early for the airport. Room was a good size and clean. It’s a little noisy as you’re next to the road. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay. Friendly staff.
