「The hotel needs a decorative refresh - lots of marks on the walls, corridors a bit gloomy. No wardrobe, only 2 hangers, and no hooks for hanging coats. Shower head would not stay in place, kept pointing at the wall. No mattress cover & poorly fitting sheet which kept moving. Quilt cover & pillow case made from horrible fabric. Breakfast poor - cooked items were cold and should be covered to keep them warm. Too dark to read labels on the contents of the numerous jars and the types of coffee pods...

「No English, no German, just one Person who can speak a bit Russian. First they say everything is payed, then someone knocks on the door, because it's not.」

「Don’t judge a book by its cover. Meaning- the outside of the building and dark entry was off putting. We did have to check in a hotel nearby which was just fine. But be aware. The hallway with the room was spotless and the room nice and clean. Decor could be upgraded but the space was great. There was a closed restaurant below us - in the summer that might be a nuisance」
