The guy in front who checked us in was very nice. Just an overnight stay and needed something inexpensive and clean. Older hotel that needs some upgrades but over all it was very clean. And free coffee very early in the morning

i stay here often when i go to visit my grandkids, they are always so nice the place is clean the rooms are clean. i feel safe even when im there alone, only thing i would change is finding the tv channels easier lolol not a priority in my life just the grands lol

Nice overnight stay peaceful

Very peaceful property amd staff was very friendly. Clean room and the bed was nice. Only complaint I have is at 8 am the cleaning people rolling carts around your room and knocking on the doors could have waited a little longer but it was only a minor inconvenience.

The Hills are alive with good hospitality.

Up for a wedding. They accommodating me with a slightly early check in to change. Thank you! Room clean, bed very soft, but uncomfortable due to back and knee issues. There is a beautiful mountain view as you come in and looking to your right. I would come back. Very peaceful.

No breakfast drink

The room and bed were fine. Tv did not have correct listing of channels (but no problem, I don’t watch much). Breakfast was substandard. Only thing to drink was coffee or milk. There was no cold water and the orange juice, apple juice machine was out of order. There was no waffle batter and front counter lady had to fill it (begrudgingly). Then there was no syrup, which she too filled. The biscuit gravy looked old and the biscuits were quarter size. Next day we just went over to Hardee’s.

The check in was grand. The room very clean and cozy. Breakfast was disappointing. The lady behind the desk TERRIBLE service. I felt like i was bothering her asking a question. I had to say "excuse me maam" three times before she put her phone down and acknowledged me, with attitude of course. She got up and started replenishing plates etc 15min before the breakfast was to be over. She left the desk un attended walking outside talking on her phone. Poor customer service. Poor professional presentation. She was wearing sewat pants, hoodie, crocks... thats not concierge attire at all!

Not worth it -- bugs!!

*** I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN *** The Good: -Beds were comfy -Pool was decent -Price was good The Bad: - 1 dead bug on top of bed - 1 dead beetle on floor near door - 2 live cockroaches in bathroom found on **2nd DAY** of our trip. - toilet quit working on 2nd day, because the tank refilling mechanism stopped pumping water. When I went to report the issue to the front desk person, she was out on break smoking a cigarette. She saw me but didn't acknowledge me in any way, so I left. All these issues are easily fixed at low cost with basic maintenance. Therefore, my conclusion is that this motel is not properly maintained. NOTE: This is the first time I've given a bad review of a hotels.com property, so im not a complainer.
