Loved this hotel. Warm welcome on arrival, nice location, beautiful room. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a nice surprise too. The reception staff were lovely. Had a slight problem with the billing but when I called them they refunded the extra charge quickly and efficiently. Overall a lovely place to stay in Dundee.

There is a few places around the hotel that needs addressing ie painting in the room and the furniture in the dinning room. The breakfast was a let down, it was cold and the area needs updating. Otherwise it was a lovely stay but I would not want to stay more than one night.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for just one night but the staff at reception were extremely helpful with their recommendations for bars and restaurants and the bar staff made us some delicious cocktails. The room itself was spacious and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location with M&S just over the road. We would definitely stay again.
