「Paid for a suite, got the honeymoon suite. Would have expected a mini fridge and bathrobes, but my problem as I did not check beforehand. situated at the back and side of the hotel, no view, shame as the hotel is in a lovely place. Very warm in the room and windows only slightly open, no fan or air conditioning. Overall a lovely stay though」

「Lovely hotel, great spacious room with everything needed for a business trip - desk, mini kitchen and a few gadgets thrown in too! Very quiet and slept like a log. Good parking too and has an EV point if required. Kenny was very friendly and I’d defo go back! 」

「Our stay at the Hampton City Centre Dundee was wonderful. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and very helpful. Any requests we had were met with no hesitation- from baggage storage until we could check in, to storing our take away food containers until we were ready to eat. 「Charming- a great find. We wished we had time for a longer stay. Terrific and thoughtful appointments in the room. We checked in late evening and phoned ahead to advise of being delayed. Staff very gracious and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous. Good quality cereals, good range of hot food cooked to order. The mushroom omelette I ordered was the best omelette I've ever had. Sooo good with a light covering of grilled cheese on the top. 」

「Can't recommend the hotel highly enough. The room was wonderful with some lovely imaginative decorative touches - particularly the Dundee Cake recipe! Staff were all really friendly, and when they found that we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary we received a couple of complimentary drinks too. It's those little touches that really make the difference. We will without doubt be back next time we visit Dundee.」

「Great room at a great price」

「Staff were very friendly. Food was excellent and great value for money. Room small, but clean and ideal for 2-3 nights. It's not the Ritz, but I will be back to stay later this month and next. Overall it has a warm and friendly atmosphere, which you don't get in larger more expensive hotels.」
