"Nice sized rooms and lovely breakfast"

"It must be frustrating for hotel proprietors/owners when people leave bad reviews considering this a budget property.Good points,24 hr reception and free car park.Basic but ridiculously cheap breakfast.Adequate size room for one overnight stay.Warm room and everything was clean.The gentleman on reception in the evening was incredibly polite and the delightful lady in the morning was a credit to the hotel."

"This place is just perfect for families with small children pre or post a trip on the Eurotunnel (or indeed, staying in Dunkirk). Room 604 has a camped for 2 x kids and a kitchenette, with fridge/microwave etc. The bathroom is huge and has an exercise bike as well as large shower and bath, We have stayed here twice and loved both times. Breakfast was decent too for the price. If we were to make any suggestions on how to perfect the stay, we would say the camp bed could be slightly larger (a squeeze for a 2 and 5 year old) and there’s plenty of room for a larger one, and a couple of extra coffee pods/teabags in the kitchen :) "

" I stayed here with my teenage sons, the hotel was easy to reach by car and there was parking on site. The hotel was quiet and safe, staff were very pleasant and customer focused. Beds were very comfortable, we had a great walk around the lake that was behind the property. Rooms very clean and welcoming. Was easy to reach the War memorial from the hotel. Would stay here again and would recommend it."

"My husband and 2 adult sons stayed in the property to enable them to watch the Dunkirk stage of the Tour de France. Property was excellent location for this. They wanted a property with 3 bedrooms and the host made up three double beds.A big bonus was the off road secure parking.The host answered any questions promptly and they were met at the property and shown around."
