I had a horrible experience coming here with my toddler for one no where on the site states that you have to pay $50 CASH DEPOSIT . I had paid online with my card. I do not travel with cash it was midnight everything was closed I had to jump through hoops to get the cash back and didn’t end up being able to check in my room until 2 am. Very disappointed in the way the clerk Veronica handled this I will not be recommending this place to anyone unless you guys update somewhere on your site that cash deposit is required!!!!!!I would give 0 stars if I could

Rooms are well maintained and there's always coffee in lobby. Note that lobby is closed after a certain point, and transactions will be through the window.

The room appeared clean. The shower had no caulk around the tub. There was no coffee pot in the room. The curtains were torn. A little TLC would have gone a long way. The decaf coffee was very tasty in the lobby. The front desk attendent was nice and helpful.

I didn’t like anything, except it was convenient to the highway, but there are better motels nearby just as convenient. Words cannot express how disgusted I am with your motel! The reason I drove an hour to stay there was because you had decent prices and also good reviews, which doesn’t usually happen. I had to shove my shoulder against the door to open it since it was stuck and the deadbolt is not lined up properly so it is extremely hard to lock. The entire floor was filthy! I went to the office to see if they could actually mop the floor and the clerk stated they didn’t mop, but only used a swiffer. I ruined three pair of socks that turned black from walking on it. I was finally able to buy some flip flops but the socks were trashed! My neighbor next door was outside with his lights glaring in my window and blaring music. He woke me up at 3:30 am! Three Mack trucks were parked outside day and night stopping and starting constantly to keep their temperature controlled. I wiped all the light switches and remote with a Clorox wipe and it turned black. This was my first time ever staying at a Red Roof and it will surely be my last! How disgusting!
