“This is a beautiful traditional style French house of the region. It is a bit rustic in places, but absolutely packed with charm and character. The location is amazing - what you see in the photos is exactly how it is. The river is a 60-second walk away with easy access in and out of the water. The village is pretty, quiet and within 10 minutes drive of a E.Leclere supermarket and the main road. The house is spacious, has bags of character, has a fabulous outdoor space with chairs, sun-loungers……

“Grands parents, enfants et petits enfants, tous ont trouvé leur place entre le bâtiment principal et l'annexe du moulin. La grande salle de séjour accueille facilement tout le monde. En hiver nous n'avons pas pu profiter des aménagements extérieurs, de la piscine en particulier, ni des vélos. “We booked the house, for the amount of rooms to accommodate, 4 couples and 3 kids, The house worked perfectly for everyone. All loving the appeal of the location and house. I think we would have struggled finding a better property in the area, which is so idyllic and peaceful.”

“Nous avons été séduits par cette maison pleine d’authenticité dans un cadre magnifique.Proche d’un petit village avec un commerce tenu par des bénévoles très sympathiques, qui offre les services d’une boulangerie ou d’un traiteur en anticipant vos commandes.Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à votre écoute ; nous leur sommes extrêmement reconnaissants. “Beautiful property with so much character! We loved preparing meals and sitting outside for dinner in the evening sun. Very peaceful yet still close to the town. Loved being in the countryside with lots of wildlife and watching the farmers work from a distance. Everything was very new and good quality. Pool was excellent. Would definitely recommend! ”
