“Stay was good. Shower 🚿 head needs some attention. Leaking. Mattress needs to be changed slowly caving in in the centre. Sleeper couch mattress is horrendous. Sleeper couch was grubby. “Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. ”

“The hotel staff is beyond the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered while traveling extensively. From the hotel manager, reception desk, the restaurant, and the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredible. We had a room facing the water, so it was incredible to look out the windows and clearly see the water and beach. The room was not noisy at all. Breakfast had lots of options and we ate dinner in the hotel almost every night. We already booked this hotel for next year for……

“The staff at the reception who welcomed myself and kids are wonderful it only took me less than 5 minutes to check in, the place is Covid complying, tehy check quests temperature on arrival and when you in and out the hotel, and sanitization, there's always security at the hotel that's visible. The place is clean, rooms are being cleaned daily, bed sheets are changed, 👌. ”
