Refreshing stop over

Nice modern hotel in a surprising rural setting. Bedroom and bathroom both spacious and nicely furnished (with bath and separate shower). Good restaurant and extensive breakfast selection (gravadlax and cheese board were highlights). Great to have use of the swimming pool.

Upon check in the lady was very friendly. Our room was very very hot. Miserable to try to sleep. The baby needed some milk and the guy at the bar gave us a dirty glass with milk in it. It was stuck on the inside of the glass so the baby had no milk. Upon check out a different lady assisted us. She asked how our stay was yet did not seem to care at all. Not even apologizing about the room being so unbearably hot and argued with us that the dirty spots all in the milk was part of the glass. Which it was not. There are plenty of other nice hotels around so I would not recommend this one. We were traveling with the baby and apparently there are only certain times you can access the spa areas with little ones. We came in too late and missed the short window of time then the next morning had to get up and leave before the next short window where we could have even gone so they do make it hard to even get to utilize the spa and you don’t realize this when booking.

Alles war super, das Restaurant war schon teuer, aber was soll´s. Leider werden auch Radrennfahrer aufgenommen. Die können dann, wie im Verkehr, unangenehm laut und egoistisch werden. Aber es besteht nicht die Möglichkeit das Rad mit in den Pool zunehmen oder an die Bar. Beim Frühstück hatten sie auch nicht die ekelige Radlerhose an. Also Top Hotel.

Un soggiorno sereno

Hotel moderno con piscina sito in zona tranquilla. Ho trovato la camera pulita ad eccezione di una macchia di poco conto sulla moquette. Molto apprezzata la cassaforte. Il letto era confortevole e altrettanto la scrivania dove mi sono dedicato al back office quotidiano. Il bagno era pulito e funzionale e di mio gradimento. Il personale è stato veramente gentile e premuroso riguardo ad ogni mia esigenza. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e sarò felice di tornare quando tornerò in zona.

Chouette endroit pour se reposer

L’hôtel est très agréable. Dans un écrin de verdure, cela fait du bien. Les plats sont un peu chers et l’insonorisation des salles de bain est mauvaise. Le spa est top et la piscine très chouette.

Het hotel ligt op een goede plek om de Ardennen te kunnen ontdekken. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en bestond uit veel opties. Het diner viel daarentegen wat tegen, daar er maar weinig vegetarische keuzes waren. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en meertalig. De wellness is een fijne plek om even tot rust te komen. Kortom een zeer aan te bevelen plek voor een paar heerlijke dagen weg!

Bel établissement, mais attention aux bruits !

Nous avons fréquenté cet hotel suite à un séjour à Durbuy Adventure Valley. Le cadre de l'hotel est fort agréable. Spacieux, bien tenu, propre. Très bon accueil du personnel. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner au premier abord car fort cher (18 eur/p). Les chambres sont très propres, spacieuses et confortables pour un couple ou une famille. Clim de qualité. Mauvais point pour la partie insonorisation. On entend le couloir, les voisins, bref, c'est très limite sur cet aspect. La piscine, sauna, hammam, jaccuzi sont super ! C'est rare d'avoir des espaces aquatiques de cette qualité, et aussi bien entretenus avec des règles d'accès permettant d'être au calme sans enfants sur certains créneaux, tard le soir par exemple. La terrasse est agréable. Le restaurant un peu cher, nous n'avons donc pas pris notre repas sur place et avons préféré la pizzera Mama Gusto pas très loin, un délice! Le matin, nous avons passé une tête au petit déjeuner, et avons finalement décidé de le prendre sur place car vraiment bien fourni. Du salé, du sucré, des jus, des viennoiseries, ...tout de très bonne qualité. Café en grain, chocolat chaud très bon. bref, je recommande vivement pour un début de journée en pleine forme. Point d'attention: mais de grâce, ajoutez des patins sous les chaises de la salle de petit déj, car ayant une chambre au dessus, on est réveillés dès 7h non stop jusque 10h par les crissements incessants ! Un bel établissement à recommander, juste attention aux bruits !

Parfait !

Accueil très aimable et enregistrement rapide dans cet hôtel moderne avec un bel espace restauration donnant sur un grand espace de verdure. Possibilité de dîner, petit déjeuner copieux très complet. Chambre avec petit réfrigérateur, stationnement sur parking aisé. Situé à quelques kms de Durbuy., nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de notre séjour.
