Prachtig huis in mooie omgeving. Huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Omgeving met mooie dorpjes als Durbuy, La Rochelle en Dinant dichtbij. Adventure Land met Super Fly en diverse uitdagende klimwanden leuk voor wat oudere kinderen. Leuk om de kippen en katten van de buren elke dag langs te zien komen.

Het was een mooi vakantiehuis maar het barst van de vliegen. In de slaapkamers op de verdieping waren geen horren en de horren die er inzaten waren kapot. Dus als het in de avond wat afkoelde kon je de ramen open zetten maar werd je weer opgevreten door de muggen.

Op zich een ruim huis in een mooie omgeving. Echter mankeert er wel het e.e.a. aan het huis. Beschimmelde douches, slecht schoongemaakt geheel en achterstallig onderhoud. De eigenaar heeft wel laten proberen om de douches schoon te krijgen maar is niet helemaal gelukt. Hij heeft gezegd na de vakanties de problemen aan te gaan pakken.

Fantastisch huis

Het vakantiehuis is gelegen in een rustig buurtje. Van het verkeer dat langs komt hebben wij geen last gehad. Het is een voormalig woonhuis, en daarom ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het voelt als "thuis". Het huis is heel schoon, op schimmel in de voegen van de douche na. Dit is door gegeven aan de eigenaar. Contact met de eigenaar toen iets kapot was, verliep heel prettig. Hij reageert gelijk op appjes, maar is telefonisch ook goed bereikbaar. Ook fijn dat hij Nederlands sprak. Als ik ooit weer richting Durbuy zou gaan, zou ik dit huis zeker weer boeken.

De woning en de ligging is fijn. Persoonlijk vind ik het een groot nadeel dat de buren een haan hebben die goed zijn best doet om 6 uur in de ochtend, of eerder. Er zullen ongetwijfeld mensen zijn die daar gewoon doorheen slapen maar ik dus niet.

Huis was in orde. Lek in toilet beneden doorgegeven. Fijn contact met de eigenaar. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Laat die coupon maar en verhuur aan een juiste prijs ook tov de eigenaar. Die € 125 krijg ik toch niet volledig dixit mijn mail daarover.
