「We loved the dock at the hotel, snorkeling from the dock was good. The check in personnel were very good and very knowledgeable.」

「The resort itself is beautiful, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and there were a few staff members who truly stood out. The poolside bartenders were consistently friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. We’d also like to recognize the manager at Sofra, who was exceptional and clearly cared about providing guests with a great dining experience. They deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience didn’t reflect the premium resort that...

「Shout out to Housekeeping! Our room was pristine and maintained daily. There are some grounds maintenance projects going on, but all of the other areas were beautiful. The front desk, dining, bar, and security staff were welcoming and helpful. I had a couple of first time young, teenage boys with me and I felt completely comfortable allowing them to free range the property. Thank you for making their first international trip so much fun!」

「Could not get service at any restaurant or bar. Staff would look at us then serve other people that came in after us. When asked if certain foods were gluten free they said yes then found out that the food was not and got very sick . Would not recommend this resort」
