“Quaint inn with a great location and view of the harbor”

“Beautiful place to stay, very clean and serviced every day. Rooms very large, more like a suite. With the advantage of down stairs communal kitchen, dinning room and small sitting room. A bbq and decking which would be brilliant in summer months. Would definitely recommend this property to any one. ”

“The setting is in a circa 1847 home with lovely period features and furnishings. If you are looking for a sterile and boring motel setting, look elsewhere. Mulberry House is aesthetically pleasing and Fran, the hostess, really makes her guests feel special, comfortable, and at home. A most enjoyable stay!!”

“An excellent and attractive inn in the heart of Sandwich, Massachusetts. We stayed in the building that was converted from a Catholic Church to an inn and restaurant. The food and service in the upscale restaurant were out standing. The room was well furnished and comfortable.”

“Firstly we’d like to say that the photos do not do the property justice. The place is in a lovely setting surrounded by Cranberry Ponds. Peace and tranquility reigns here, and it’s the ideal bolt-hole when if you’ve been out and about all day, you can unwind with a beverage and watch the sun go down and the wildlife frolic. We were made to feel so welcome, and made to feel like we were part of the family. The Breakfasts were fabulous, and it was brilliant to sit with our hosts and put the world……

“This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,……
