“It’s a beautiful new hotel. It still smells like new construction. The rooms were nice. The only thing I would have liked to see was a hot breakfast instead of a grab and go. Otherwise, we had a great stay.”

“Check in was great and the staff was pleasant. We liked the room a lot. Updated features with blackout shades. Air conditioner worked well. The room was clean. But there was an odor in the bathroom that may have been from a dog or other animal. Other than that, the room is set up to be very convenient. The Continental Breakfast and coffee bar were decent and well maintained. I was disappointed in the way the ice machine is handled. It is centrally located on the first floor. You have to use……

“Currently there is a great deal of construction around the property but there were no noise or any other issues.”

“We stayed there for 3 nights but not even a single day room service came to remove the trash or replenish the supplies. We have to call several time to get the trash collected and it can one time only. If you have kids then even light run make lot of noise and if someone is below your room they complain similarly upper room people walking or running sound comes a lot”

“We are repeat customers; stayed here last year around the same time. It is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and places to eat & shop are close by. (We walked down the hill to Texas Roadhouse.) There were complimentary cookies and popcorn at the front desk. It was important to us that the parking lot was safe as we had a pickup truck with tools, and personal items we were carrying for our trip. Rooms and beds are comfortable. “Our stay at the Omni was excellent! The room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. We loved both indoor and outdoor pool as well as the atrium bar and restaurant! The outside space is great and offers a break from your room. The location truly cannot be beat. We walked around the Downtown Mall multiple days to shop and eat. Monticello was a ten minutes drive and UVA is a 5 minute drive. I highly recommend and will be stay each time we……

The best feature of this Inn is the gourmet breakfast; we got a different delicious breakfast every day. This historic house is a well maintained beauty that you’ll love!”
