“We had an absolutely perfect stay at Concorde De Luxe Resort (26/06–03/07). From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were genuinely warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job every day. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained throughout our stay. The food was exceptional, with an incredible variety and excellent……

“Der Aufenthalt war schön und alles andere war top. Einziges Manko: Das WLAN lief unregelmäßig und die Seife aus der Beschreibung hat im Zimmer gefehlt. Trotzdem ein positiver Eindruck, wir waren zufrieden!”

“3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app……

“Es war insgesamt in Ordnung. Schade war allerdings, dass die Küche nicht nutzbar war. Den Kühlschrank konnte man immerhin benutzen. Beim Frühstück wird man zwar satt, allerdings wäre etwas mehr Auswahl wünschenswert gewesen. Gefühlt flog alle fünf Minuten ein Flugzeug direkt über uns hinweg. Jedes Mal war es entsprechend laut. Wer in Ruhe schlafen möchte, ist hier daher eher nicht gut aufgehoben.”

“Friendly helpful staff. Poor wifi connectivity, very clean. No swimming pool or garden area available as it was under maintenance. The main restaurant as advertised was closed also. Worst of all was the sea view room facing the main road. The windows were so thin that the outside traffic noise was awful. Im not a heavy sleeper so i was lucky to get barely a few hours sleep each night. Avoid the sea view rooms at all cost. A very average at best experience. There are better hotels to stay at……
