“I booked this as a birthday surprise for my fiancee, and we needed some downtime. The house was just as described - much thought went into the decorations. The views of the river were amazing. We even got to see some Osprey. The hot tub sits great, so you can see and hear the river. I will come back again.”

“This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). “Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths.”

“Very nice kitchen, large spaces, great location to Basalt and ski areas. Completely satisfied our needs, nice to find a basic house in ski country. Figuring out the heat and thermostats took a little time, and the lights above the kitchen counter never came on. Few wall hangings, decorations, or mirrors. However, I would definitely stay there again.”

“An absolutely comfortable home with a beautiful "mountain cabin feel" and having an excellent layout so everyone has their own space. Large bedrooms, great kitchen, perfect dining room and a drive big enough for our cars. We so loved out the living room was "warm and comfortable and the dining room felt like it was out of a movie set". Plus, it is a brief easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Basalt.”

“Loved the house. Have been coming to ski the past few years and this was our favorite house we have stayed in. We already booked it again for next year. House was nicer and felt bigger than the pictures showed which is normally not the case, very modern, clean, and a perfect set up for a family. Check in and out went very smoothly. The shuttle included with the stay to call to take you to the ski lifts always came within 5 minutes so made it very convenient for everyone to go to and from the……

“Fantastic location for skiing. About 50 yard walk to slopes. There is groomed path behind home to ski back to doorstep! Very clean and modern. Easy to use thermostat, TV's , coffee maker, all appliances working . Plenty of hot water for our party of 8. Tons of space for all including our dogs! Nice homey touches, beds were great, towels fluffy. Hot tub just steps away and clean and hot! Terrific neighborhood with no issues parking. Free shuttle to Beaver Creek Village, simple to use and timely!……

“Beautiful property with immaculate views of the valley and Mt. Sopris. Stayed 5 days and 4 nights for my daughter’s wedding and the property made the event even more special.”

“First, this is a nice house with a nice layout of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses were comfortable. The condo was clean. However, we had some issues with check-in and housekeeping that we didn’t expect given the rental fee and cleaning charge. Three of beds were not made when we arrived. The hosts sent someone over to make them. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until bedtime that there were no top sheets on the three beds she made. Also, the thermostat automatically turned down……

“We really enjoyed this location. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were well sized, grocery stores and restaurants nearby, relatively close to slopes and great neighborhood for walking the dog. Great stay and great house.”

“This house is convenient to all things Leadville. We were in town for a family wedding and shared the house with family from across the country. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean and lots of towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking ware and condiments/spices. Overall, a perfect place for our needs.”

“The overall village was great. Outdoor ambience was great. Room was nice but uncomfortable and did not have a balcony as pics showed and had a very limited Mountain View even though that was advertised ”

“This is our 4th year staying at the Antlers. They keep you informed of onsite activities. Clean. Seen lots of housekeeping during this trip. Every staff member is pleasant and they speak to you. Hot tub & pool are amazing after a long day of skiing. Property is clean & kept well.”

“Very nice lodge-type condominium, clean and comfortable, great shower, great breakfast. Only downsides were the kitchen countertop was crowded with a second microwave, and I wished the small bag of coffee grounds indicated the weight so I would know how much water to add. ”
