From this area, you have direct access to the garden, making outdoor enjoyment effortlessly convenient. The ground floor also features an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, as well as a bathroom with bath or shower and WC. A notable feature of the layout is the alcove, which functions as a 2-person cupboard bed and is situated in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom, as is the case with some sleeping arrangements in this property. On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, both characterized by charming sloping ceilings. The first is a double bedroom furnished with 2 beds, while the second room contains 1 bed.
