「The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing.
We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. They took this on board and catered for all of us. Dinner was a delight.
We stayed here last year when...

「Nice and helpful staff
Overall the facilities are ok but the flushing of the toilet wasn't strong enough
Not many options of restaurants around but you can try using deliveroo to get what you wanna eat 」

「Room was clean although decor was tired and in need of a refresh. We weren't informed at check in that we would be charged to use the spa facilities so unexpected cost of £7.00 each per day. Only 2 small pillows on bed, asked at reception for additional pillows and was handed them from the reception desk to take to room whilst trying to carry luggage. Not ideal.
We didn't book for breakfast or eat in the hotel so I can't comment.」

「The room we were staying, the decor was tired - not worthy of a 4 star hotel unfortunately. Upon arrival, wardrobe door was hanging off hinges, the wifi receiver box was hanging of the wall - room was also very dark. Pointed out wardrobe door to concierge and they had it fixed the next day, but should have been done before guest arrival - tables in hallway tired and peeling off. The staff was friendly though, especially in the breakfast room. Breakfast had a good choice.」
