「We were all really impressed with this property for the price it was really excellent value. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. The property is amazingly well supplied with everything you could need. It is close to the city centre, but also within easy reach of the beaches like Roker. It may not be the most picturesque part of Sunderland but the neighbours were also very pleasant and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again.」

「I booked the apartment because it was the only one with 2 single beds on Expedia website, unfortunately it wasn’t when we got there. I didn’t see the small print about leaving a deposit (£150) when I paid for the 2 nights on Expedia app. The apartment was okay clean, but scratches on walls, doors and refrigerator, and I had to take videos as evidence just to avoid getting claims from the management, the boiler didn’t work so I read through the instructions to reboot it just to get hot water. ...

「Inside property was clean but hallway was not so much due to seagulls and others, host could have been a bit quicker at responding. Location was very good though parking in front of property was based on first come first served but there was parking on the street which you had to pay for from 9am to 5:30pm. Bed was comfortable sofa was a two seater and very uncomfortable and wobbly. Luckily we didn’t have to spend too much time sitting on it as the tv didn’t work for the last day and a half.」
