“While planning a fly fishing trip on the Beaverkill river, we came across this rental property and it fit the bill perfectly for us. Although the weather didn't cooperate as far as the fishing goes (temps were in the mid to upper 80's), the house remained comfortable inside for sleeping at night. House was as advertised and we enjoyed sitting around the fire down by the river. We saw deer, a bald eagle and various other wildlife. The road into the place was not in great shape but we had a pickup……

“Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open.”

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful location. Communication with the owner and property manager was so easy. We loved the location and precious animals around the property. The three barn cats were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. “This was a great place to stay in our favorite corner of the Catskills. The house is really nicely styled, and is very spacious and comfortable - there were 6 of us and a dog and plenty of room for all. Sarah was a super responsive and helpful host. The kids loved the games room - a great thing to have on a rainy day. And you HAVE to try eightymain restaurant just down the road - one of the best we've ever eaten in!”

“We had the BEST experience!! Leah was extremely helpful!! It has great amenities if ur looking to stay and enjoy each others company without having to entertain anybody. There’s a great playroom with tons of toys for the babies and toddlers , loads of activities for teens and adults and a great pool to swim or just sunbathe!!! Would definitely consider going again!!
