Hudson at reception was good, but the time it took to checkin was quite long for a relatively short queue (3). tried to checkin online via the link they sent me but it didn't work and didn't get sent a new one so thad to do it at the hotel. the rooms are getting tired and the money being spent on the oustide would be better of on the inside. "Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Dorsett. I enjoyed the pool and the rooms were nice. The staff were efficient and friendly. Thank you. Some constructive feedback: - The kickboards and lower walls of the room I was staying in could do with either cleaning or re-painting due to scuff marks etc. As you had to walk through a corridor to enter my room, it was the first thing I observed upon entering. - The windows were also very dirty from the outside which partially obstructed the view. - Online it stated that the pool bar closed at 5pm, however when we went to the bar at 4pm they were not making cocktails anymore and I observed they closed before 5pm."
