“Easy parking. Off the beaten path but close enough to some fine dining. Room was nice and cozy. ”

The odor was extremely strong — a heavy dusty, burning smell coming from the heater that made it unhealthy and impossible to stay in the room. I notified the host immediately and left the property, but the response was basically, “it’s probably just dust burning off and it will get better later because the heater is not used often.” The host also refused to provide any refund. “This is a wonderful (c.1880) National Historic Register property with fine rooms, exceptional staff,great atmosphere,nice breakfast and fun afternoon social hour. Location perfect for walking Hendersonville.”

“Loved our stay my only complaint is the parking - It’s either $50 a day for valet or $30 a day for self parking that turns over at 5a so you’re paying for at minimum 2 days. Also getting to the parking with luggage is a nightmare”
