「I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. 「We were in town for a wedding and this was close and convenient to the event. This is basically a nice row house with 5 bedrooms on 3 floors with two very small bathrooms. Very clean and nicely amended with an updated kitchen which we did not use since we were just there overnight. Lots of stairs so if that’s an issue I would not recommend but it was perfect for my family.」

「Picked this house because I needed to have a dog travel with me. Inside is nice. Outside and neighborhood, not ideal. Grass was so long my dog wouldn’t walk in it. The deck and porches are not somewhere you would sit and admire the view. Luckily we did not plan to hang out outside. So it worked for us. 」
