「We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「What a fabulous place to stay. All the little touches to make one feel special. Staff fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Love the colour schemes. All so restful and inviting. Rooms were sparkling and the food quite delicious. Dorking is very lucky to have such a wonderful place to stay/eat and relax 」

「酒店挺好的，可以打高尔夫，还可以看赛马。就是入住时酒店预订平台和酒店没有衔接好，订单是有早餐的，但酒店却说没有，确认好了没问题后，第二天前台换了个人，又开始说没早餐了，再次确认后，才一切OK。离酒店1公里多的小镇上有些不错的餐馆，就是晚上走路不安全，必须开车。」
