“Great cottage only a stones throw away from Orange cbd. We really enjoyed our stay here, was large enough for a family and comfortable furniture with a lovely garden. We'd 100% stay here again. We loved being able to walk to everything yet not being stuck right in the busy cbd. Pete was an excellent host and was available when needed and communicated well with everything you need for a stay. Was an excellent location for exploring in and around Orange, we'll be back.”

“Very spacious and welcoming house. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and pretty garden. Great for our group of three couples. Only problem was taps on first basin in the main bathroom need attention, can't turn them off easily. Fixable and did not detract from our stay.”

“This is just an amazing property with every little extra you need. We especially loved having big tables in and outdoors. The rooms are gorgeous with high ceilings and very soundproof. Kitchen has all the extras you need even cling wrap. Perfect spot with dogs as the backyard is closed in and grass is great for the dog to run about and play. Close to where we were going, easy to find. The pool makes for a bonus being indoors. Will stay here next time again.”

“This cute little cottage was very comfortable and quiet. Everything was clean and very tidy. The location was perfect. The owner was very generous with the extras given. I felt guilty going through most of the coffee pods, I tried to buy more to replace them I could not find a Nespresso store in Bathurst. A really lovely stay! Thank you.”

“The property was very quiet and easy to walk to the main street and restaurants. We would stay here again. It was very cosy and comfortable. The only drawback was that the side entrance was very dark and there were bricks placed on the walkway which were dangerous.”

“What a gorgeous little find - the cottage had everything we needed for our 3 night stay with the advantage of being in Millthorpe so we could walk to all the attractions. The furnishings and fittings were in keeping with the era of the building. Thanks for a great stay.”
