「Spent 4 nights at the ITC Royal Bengal with two young kids. We were thoroughly impressed by the property, the food but more so the service. During breakfast, the executive chef Mr Ranvijay personally came up and enquired how we were doing. When he saw we have a baby with us, he gave us his personal number so that we can ask for anything for the baby. Which we did and they were always delivered to us right on time. 「There is only 10 mins by taxi from CCU airport to the hotel, and the city center II is just in the same building. It's very convenient to me to have one night in the hotel for transfer. The breakfast is good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It's far from Kolkata city though, in general it takes 1 hour to Victoria Memorial by taxi.」
