"My stay was excellent, brilliant value - super close to Liverpool street station. Very safe street, lots of amazing places to eat and bars. The staff were super friendly, it was really easy to check in after hours. The room was basic, but super clean and the bed was very comfy. I will definitely be staying again, such great value."

"The apartment was quite spacious which was great after all the pokey hotels we have stayed in. We could not get the airconditioning working, and thought the bed was a bit hard for us, but other than that, we were very happy with the facilities and cleanliness offered. "

"I did not enjoy my stay here, in terms of the room. The mattress was missing and I was forced to sleep on a box spring only. The floors could've been cleaner, extra towels & wash cloths should have been provided! There was insufficient toilet paper, as well. Then on top of that, I was asked to bring my trash out the room to dispose of it. It should be included within a cleaning once I vacate, even with this being a short term rental! "we received a warm welcome at reception, and also all of the members of staff we met were very friendly. the room was basic but clean, also cleaned during our 2 night stay, which we weren't expecting, everything worked as it should. A parking permit was issued and parking was very secure. Hotel about 10-15 minute walk to the train station with many shops and restaurants in-between. They don't offer breakfast but the lady at reception pointed me in the direction of a hotel a few minutes away where being a guest here allows you to get a breakfast there for a few pounds. We chose the Cranbrook because of its cheap price and close to a tube station. All in all for the price you pay it was well worth it"

"We had a fantastic stay at Ilford Grand Apartments. The apartment was absolutely lovely – spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the entire space had a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We appreciated the attention to detail and how well everything was organized. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area, and we’ll certainly be staying again next time we’re in Ilford!"
