"We stayed 2 nights prior to flying out after a family wedding. I gave the overall rating a 5 star because the location was great. We were traveling with our 8 & 12 yr olds and the area felt safe and was central to all the historical sites we wished to visit. We also walked the 30 minutes to the 9th St Italian Market. Our stay was so short we did not utilize any of the amenities. I did try to contact the front desk to request a towel and after being placed on hold for 5 minutes gave up. Not a deal breaker, but likely understaffed like most places."
