「Property was lovely, communication excellent. It would just take a couple of things for a 5 star ie two big towels as two people staying, additional toilet roll, kitchen to have more utensils. The listing really should mention the tv is almost impossible as the wifi signal is bad and maybe have some games or puzzles available as we were not aware the tv would just buffer constantly.. Also instructions on central heating, oven etc as they were new to us and took a bit of figuring. It was just...

「This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back 」

「Had to book last minute due to the hotel I was being in being bankrupt! Couldn't have asked for a better experience, lovely, comfortable little apartment, and the land lady was incredibly nice, polite and attentive. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation, and the location couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.」

「Everything we needed in the apartment! We were high up which suited me fine, don't mind stairs but hate noise so superb for me, nice and quiet! 」

「the apartment and stairway was basically clean and not to a high standard, the kitchen window was very dirty and hidden behind a net curtain which to me dated the place, the apartment in general wasnt to a high standard and finish, but that aside we enjoyed the stay」

「The apartment was a wonderful base for our trip to Bridlington. Beautifully clean with lovely extras like milk, cereal, bread and jam, and all the kitchen and bathroom essentials were provided. A great effort has been made to make the apartment feel like home and it was really appreciated. Great location just a short walk to the front with many amenities nearby. 」

「Lovely stay」

「This was a lovely place to stay. The place was reasonably well equipped, and very clean, and the owner's communications were first rate. The location is great, with a lovely view of the sea and wonderful sights of the sunrise. We were there for new year week, and I did wonder whether in the summer it would be a bit noisy with the promenade fun fair just at the end of the road, but that wasn't a problem this time of year. Some reviews commented on the smallness of the shower. It certainly was...
