On the beach

Incomparable location on the beach and just far enough from Sandwich...but not too much! House a bit smaller and lower end than advertised. Compensation came from the 10 yards to walk to get on the beach.

Great location

Went in off season - early June for a family trip. Ive stayed in this area before and enjoy how its tuvked away from busy areas. Plenty of beach to explore and scorton creek is steps away. Cottage is big enough and small enough at the same time. We spent most of our time outside though. Every room had AC which we didnt need but would surely come in handy during the peak season. Would 100% stay again. My only complaint is we had to leave......

What an amazing little gem! You literally walk out your door onto a dune! Had everything that we could need. Rustic and charming. Wish the outdoor shower had an enclosure we would have used that instead of indoor shower. The bed with the trundle mattress could use an upgrade. I love this place. Can’t wait to come back! This time for longer!
