“We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. ”

“They were able to take a very short notice booking after we were let down by our prebooked accommodation. The apartment was lovely, comfy and petite. Perfect for our stay. A bonus is a fantastic Indian restaurant next door. ”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly. Convenient location for a conference at Aston University.”

“The accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever! ”
