“I had a great stay with my wife, kid and dog. Beautifully furnished in antique furniture, modern kitchen and excellent balcony to enjoy a morning coffee in. Right in the middle of Old Town, you are a quick walk away from everything, really.We loved our stay.”

“We stayed for two nights. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. A lovely apartment. We’d love to go back. 10 min walk from seafront right by the pier. Can’t fault our stay. ”

“This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. ”

“Perfect location for 2 nights. The owners, Claire and Andrew made us very welcome and gave us helpful tips on what do do in Hastings. Very clean, comfortable accomodation and beautiful garden.”

“The apartment had everything we wanted including a sea view. The living area was spacious and comfortable, the shower in the bathroom was excellent and the bed very comfortable. It had very obviously been recently refurbished. We were right in the middle of St Leonards to the west and old town Hastings to the east. We caught the train to Rye which was lovely and drove to Dungeness which was one of the reasons for our journey south. We would definitely recommend this property. ”

“The only thing we could find misleading was the picture of the apartments when we booked it gave the impression it had a balcony but it didn’t so was a bit disappointing but I would stay again , the agent Alan was excellent in making us feel welcome ”

“Had a brilliant long weekend at Sandunes 2, lovely flat direct on the beach! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Emma was great and thanks so much for sorting the parking permit! Would definitely come again!”

“So happy we stayed here on our recent four night trip to Hastings. The property is large and spacious and well furnished. It is very centrally located. After using the buses our first day (with luggage and tired from train travel with three kids and luggage), we relied on our own two feet after that. Easy walk to the Hastings train station without luggage and to anywhere else in the Old Town area and beachfront. The host provided us with a few basic breakfast provisions on arrival which was……
