「The location was convenient to downtown. The parking was a long walk from the second floor room that we had and no elevator. Our bedroom ceiling fan did not work and the commode seat was not attached to the commode. We did like that it had a full service kitchen and washer and dryer.」

「Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!」

「This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property.」

「This was one of the best places we have stayed and enjoyed it so much more than a standard hotel. Everything was exactly like the listing and so simple from check in to check out. Super clean and everything you need and more for a very comfortable stay.
If we ever visit Memphis in the future this will definitely be our go to place to stay.」
