「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.」

「We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again.」

「The room was tiny! No drawers, only a very small open wardrobe with 2 coat hangers. Nowhere to put cases. Bed right up against the wall so very awkward. There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. On our departure there were 3 staff members who could see we were struggling but offered no help. Difficult to check in no-one around , we had to ask bar staff what...

「The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.」
