“quite close to the beach but you have to walk more than 15 minutes to nearby restaurants. Clean swimming pool but too cold to swim and tidy room. breakfast is really delicious esp the beacon. really good choice with bargain price.”
“The lodge is located by the river, giving a nice view. Room is decorated in a classic way, but well equipped. Breakfast is super nice, especially spekboom! More importantly, whoever you are, the lady who taking care of me is awesome, Leona :)”

“Wir haben hier 3 Nächte verbracht aufgrund der Nähe zum Addo Park. Die Unterkunft selbst ist toll, das Personal sehr bemüht. Wir sind sehr früh abgereist aufgrund des Fluges und uns wurde ein schönes Frühstückspaket vorbereitet. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, eine landestypische Unterkunft, die dennoch die „Vorstellungen“ eines Europäers erfüllt. Die Unterkunft ist jedoch ca 1 std mit dem Auto von Port Elizabeth entfernt und man muss kurz hinter PE durch ein recht unsicher wirkendes Gebiet……
“Nice comfortable lodge in a picturesque setting. The service was amazing. They helped us with booking transfers, excursions and were always attentive. The room was simple, clean, spacious and suitable to our needs. The breakfast was also really good. Definitely I recommend this place”

“This was an unfortunate stay in an otherwise great trip.
When we arrived they had no record of our booking even though it had been prepaid.
We felt that since we had phoned ahead contingency plans should have been put in place before we actually arrived.
As it was we had to wait and hour for alternative accommodation was sourced. This was after a 9 hour drive.
Now in fairness we were put up in a very nice family home with no hassle and it did seem that the issue was with hotels.com rather……
